Brunette Teen Accidentally Posts Selfie, Then Deleted It

I made a screen recording of it! I checked her story and on the second story was this selfie. After I went to her profile to check the story again, it said "story unavailable" and the selfie was gone. So it did get removed or she noticed by herself?
